Current focus

• The Curtis line. 2.0.0 shipped 2026-10-10 — the agent release: named agents and swarm mode, a terminal pane, scheduled runs, an MCP server and client, a public plugin API, chat import with portable .curt files, and 53 providers with subscription sign-in. Curtis Porter (v0.2.0) moves chats both directions. curtis-acp puts the arena in the editor; curtis-compliance has been on npm since July. Product page.
• DW Trim. Eyes on Q1 '27. Just locked in a restaurant site for a popular bar/chain — hoping it carries the other five builds, with more work in bidding beyond that. Staying agile, helping hands-on. /ventures.
• Agent fleet. 30 agents, up from 19 when the last /now went up. September ran the unattended experiment and the fleet billed me three times in one week — OOM loop, heartbeat storm, suspended mail host. Defaults flipped since: heartbeats off fleet-wide, heap caps explicit, invoice reminders in the alert channel. The fleet keeps a witness now; continuing to close the loop efficiently.
